London Residential Project – “Smoked Oak” Flooring & Stairs

For this London residence, we supplied and installed our Engineered European Oak “Smoked Oak” flooring in a herringbone design, complemented by bespoke solid oak stair cladding in the same finish.

The flooring’s rich smoked tones, subtle natural variations, and brushed texture create a warm yet modern look, enhanced by a protective hardwax oil finish. Installed over underfloor heating using the glue-down method, the planks provide lasting performance as well as style.

Custom stair treads and architectural details were crafted to match, ensuring a seamless flow between floors and staircases. Paired with white walls and bronze accents, the result is an interior that feels refined, timeless, and contemporary.

Product: Smoked Oak, 16 mm thick, 220 mm wide, 2000–3000 mm lengths, engineered oak with 4 mm wear layer.
