Barratt London have built a boutique collection of limited edition apartments in one of London’s best loved neighbourhoods, Soho.
Soho 13 is made up of 13 two and three-bedroom apartments, each with a unique design influenced by the creativity and history of the local streets, but all sharing a number of highly desirable qualities including private outdoor space, private entrance lobby, concierge service and a parking space.
Located on Ingestre Place off Broadwick Street in Soho, the 13 private homes crown United House and Barratt London’s redevelopment of the Trenchard House site, once a Metropolitan police hostel for unmarried officers.
Trend Designs were appointed by a private client to redesign the interior of one of the penthouse apartments, introducing bespoke joinery elements, luxury high end furniture and finishes, achieving a stylish and elegant interior scheme for central London living.
