Lying high above the village of Saint Jean Cap Ferrat and with magnificent views across the Mediterranean Sea, we redesigned and renovated this house to the highest standard. Special attention was paid to the landscaping, with the introduction of a new gently sloping driveway creating an impactful first view of the property. Various outdoor seating areas were formed from which to enjoy the scenery. Internally the layout and schemes were tailored to suit the client’s specific needs. The playful concoction of unusual art, artifacts and colourful furnishings establish a warm, friendly home that is simultaneously luxurious and unique.
