Our client bought this property a couple of years ago. The interior remained? mid-2000 when it was built. The awkward layout was the result of subdivision of a 2 storey penthouse apartment. The narrow kitchen was completely separated from the rest of the apartment, the living room had an unusable nook and the master bedroom had 2 small tiny ensuites. We concentrated on addressing these areas first. We created an open plan kitchen/dining/living room, private study and master ensuite with freestanding bath and double shower.
