We were appointed as Architectural Interior Designers to this prestigious 512 meter squared New Build residential propery when a derelict home existed on the site. Our involvement spanned 3 years, delivering the full design package, instructing manufacture and procurement of all aspects and overseeing the  internal fit at all stages and across all Interior touch points.

Through the Interior Design process our client was looking to create a calm home, exuding grace, stature and timeless elegance. The home was to be a haven from the many long hours spent in business and a reward for the endeavour, all the time, recognising its family home status.

We were invited to suggest changes to the internal modelling of the interior; this gave us the opportunity to fully optimise the user experience of being in the home, both from a spacial and a visual perspective. We designed and delivered the staircase, bespoke cabinetry throughout, lighting, window dressings, bespoke furniture solutions, furnishings and all finishes.  It was a joy of a project for us from beginning to end.

such knowledge of brands, styles, fabrics… the whole spectrum, and it opened our eves to so many
fascinating possibilities.
Lindi has an amazing eye for colour and style and, having taken time to find out about us and what we
wanted, she was able to design the interior of our house to a level we could never have dreamed of
ourselves.And that’s the point. Having someone with you that can push you in new directions is so valuable, and
whose knowledge and understanding is so complete that you can always trust their judgement, gives
such confidence.
There is nothing, not a colour of paint, a style of chair, a doorknob, a cabinet… nothing at all that Lindi
recommended, we wish wasn’t here.
We are so happy with how our house looks and feels from the floors beneath our feet to the ceilings
above our heads. We cannot recommend Lindi Reynolds & Co. highly enough.’
