Di Henshall Interior Design was engaged to provide a full interior fit-out to a new building within the grounds of a private hospital. Completed in just nine weeks the result is a stunning yet calm space in which new and expectant mothers can feel at ease whilst being attended to by our client and his team. The sweeping design and position of the reception desk ensures staff can instantly reassure visitors with a welcoming smile from the moment they enter. Extensive use of textures and materials create a relaxing energy within the waiting area, and this feeling continues through to the consulting rooms. In a space that must cater for those experiencing a range of emotions we have created a comfortable environment, void of the sterile feel often found in many medical practices.
