We are fortunate enough to work wiht some fantastic clients and contractors. This new build home was built with exceptional attention to detail and every detail was given careful consideration including the curved panelled staircase and bespoke joinery.

We worked closely with the design team to specify and co-ordinate the complicated detailed design for the hallway, including curved stone staircase, metal spindles and panelled walls with integrated lighting.

The formal entrance to the house references Georgian architecture whereas the rear elevation features a more contemporary curtain of glass walls. The design for the relaxed living space was more contemporary and layered a relaxed material palette.

A bespoke kitchen features a large island over-sized cabinets to conceal wide-width appliances, breakfast cupboard, bar and doors accessing the adjoining playroom.

The large open plan living space and kitchen stretches to almost full-width of the house with extensive contemporary glass sliding doors and direct access to the garden. We integrated automated window dressings into concealed fixings above the windows to maintain the clean architectural lines.

Good lighting design transforms interior spaces and we worked with Ochre to create a striking bespoke pendant for the hallway, suspended from the second storey glass ceiling and dropping just above the hall table.

A rich palette of warm tones and luxurious materials create the inviting backdrop for the games room and bar.
