Sussex arts and Craft house reception rooms design and supply of furniture

The client wanted a warm and cosy reception room for family and guests; I designed the bespoke joinery tables, shelves and storage in oak with antiqued mirror insets. The walls have a subtle paint effect, new uplighting gives a feeling of height and fabrics are luxurious, with velvets and chenilles sourced from Osborne & Little and Mulberry. The furniture is by Flexform from Interdesign and the mirrored moon tables are from Ochre. The lamps are from Porta Romana. I knew the clients well from designing their previous house, so I knew the colours they liked; however, the Italian furniture was a new direction for them and they loved it. I managed the whole process from concept to completion, and implemented it all in time for Christmas.
