Situated in Walthamstow Village, Kirsty was approached to design a graphic design studios HQ for 20-25 staff members.

An existing, run down shopfront with flats above, we transformed the space into a minimal, refined office with break-out and open plan kitchen areas to connect the team. The top floor is a dedicated client space with a large meeting room, kitchenette and soft seating area. To the rear, we added a parking space for deliveries plus a bike area and garden with large patio doors - ensuring an abundence of light to the mezzanine and working space below.
