We restored a 4 storey Grade II listed stone villa in the heart of Regency Cheltenham. 

The renovations included the provision of a Wellness spa in the basement, incorporating a wellness pool, sauna and steam room. The existing basement staircase was replaced with a traditional regency-style, cantilevered, stone staircase with iron balustrade. The remaining rooms in the basement were lined in limestone and a bar installed. To the ground floor we created new openings and designed and commissioned the bespoke kitchen and balconies. A wonderful original circular staircase leads to the first and second floor. The first floor became the master bedroom suite with individual his and her bathrooms and dressing rooms. The top floor was reconfigured to provide 3 ensuite bedroom suites and a laundry room. The client was relocating from overseas - sadly their circumstances changed and they did not relocate, so the full interiors scheme was never fully completed.
