A two-levels, gareden apartment in West Hampstead, London had a lot of character but had not been modernised for decades.  We carried out a complete renovation and redesign of the space.

On the ground level, a new open-plan layout was created. Traditional shaker units in a light colour were installed in the kitchen.  Right next to this, a dining area is situated.  This overlooks a large reception room, which opens onto a private garden.  Original features, such as stained glass windows and the fireplace have been preserved.

On the second floor, there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.  A new dressing room was created in the master bedroom.

The owners enriched the space with their own antique furniture collection, as well as more antiques were purchased, such as the glass ceiling light in the living room.

The external entrance space was enlarged and renovated.  Also, the garden at the back was redesign and a large area was paved.
