As one of Scotland’s most sustainable office buildings, the space embodies Virgin Money’s forward-thinking ethos, promoting flexibility and sustainability. Spanning three floors, the project includes meeting rooms, reception areas, open-plan offices, and boardrooms, designed to support a variety of activities and foster collaboration.

Sustainability was central to the project, targeting an EPC rating of A and a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standard.

Silent Gliss' contribution included motorised and chain-operated roller blinds, as well as electric curtain tracks. All featuring Colorama 1 and Versascreen fabrics. These systems enhance energy efficiency by managing solar gain, improving comfort, and adding a sleek, modern aesthetic. Read more here.
