Wandsworth Townhouse

This project involves the interior refurbishment of a contemporary 5 storey town house built in 2014, originally finished to a high developer specification but lacking character, functionality and warmth. The client wished to create a more elegant and sophisticated living environment without major structural alterations.

The design approach focuses on reintroducing personality, comfort, and cohesion through refined materiality, improved spatial detailing, and tailored joinery interventions, particularly within the kitchen, master bedroom, and dressing area. By working within the existing footprint, the scheme elevates the home’s atmosphere and functionality while bringing a sense of individuality and permanence to an otherwise neutral backdrop.
