Located along the Singapore River in the historic Robertson Quay district, The Warehouse Hotel transforms a former 19th-century warehouse into a refined boutique hospitality destination. The project celebrates the building’s industrial heritage while introducing a contemporary sense of comfort and sophistication.
Designed by Asylum, the interiors reinterpret the industrial aesthetic through a warmer and more elegant lens. Custom lighting, copper details, and carefully curated materials soften the raw architectural character, creating spaces that feel both authentic and inviting. Natural light plays a central role, enhancing the individuality of each room and highlighting the dialogue between past and present.
A key element of the project is the Warehouse Hotel flooring from Listone Giordano’s Special Contract collection, developed specifically for hospitality environments. Its natural texture brings warmth and continuity throughout the interiors, balancing the industrial architecture while ensuring durability and performance. The flooring becomes an integral part of the design language, reinforcing the welcoming atmosphere that defines the hotel experience.
Heritage remains a recurring theme, expressed through thoughtful details and references to local history, resulting in a hotel that seamlessly blends memory, design, and contemporary hospitality.
