With this stunning Barn Conversion in a pretty village in Wiltshire, the conventional route would have been to create two stories throughout. Instead we designed a mezzanine level and full height sitting room to give the space added drama and scale. Using vernacular Cotswold stone, building a limestone rendered fireplace and choosing warm timber boarding for the ceiling, we gave the barn historical roots and created a comfortable, elegant and restful space.
