The refurbishment transformed a standard office block into a vibrant, brand aligned workspace featuring sit stand desks, private acoustic pods, bespoke meeting tables, lounge seating, bar stools and integrated acoustic panels. Located within one of London’s most significant regeneration areas, the Canada Water site required furniture that would support Vagabond’s interactive wine experience while withstanding continuous daily use. The brief called for bespoke restaurant seating, commercial grade tables and coordinated finishes that reflect the brand’s modern urban identity.

Lumina Learning relocated to a new global headquarters in Reading, requiring a complete workplace furniture solution that reflects their brand identity while supporting flexible and collaborative working.

Working in collaboration with Kvist Interior Design, the project focused on transforming a conventional office space into a distinctive and engaging environment. The design introduced bold carpets, colour zoning and feature elements throughout the workspace, creating a dynamic setting aligned with Lumina’s brand personality.

Dynamic Contract Furniture was appointed to supply and install all workplace furniture across the scheme. The furniture specification was carefully considered to support a range of working styles, from focused individual tasks to collaborative breakout areas, ensuring both functionality and long-term performance.

One of the key challenges was manoeuvring large bespoke furniture items and acoustic pods into the first floor office space. The overall objective was to create a personalised, engaging workspace that moved away from the feel of a traditional office block.

Nova sofa has a wooden frame. Upholstered seat and back, in a wide range of fabrics, leathers or COM.

Ogi Sit Stand Twin Desk

Ogi sit stand twin desk has a metal frame built in with a height-adjustable electric motor, which allows the desk to be adjusted to individual needs and work in sit-stand mode. Stand mode height 1200mm. Laminate top in a range of factory colours only.

Victoria phone booth can be upholstered in 5 different factory fabric colours. The phone booth comes with built in ventilation system, mini sofa, task desk, and task light designed ergonomically for working on laptop, phone booth, zoom / conference calls.
