22 Park Road

Encapsulating luxury living this visually stunning building features 1 and 2 bedroom apartments designed for modern lifestyles. My brief was to create individual designs to benefit off plan sales and generate further income with upscale design packages. Each apartment had its own challenges with the unusual shape of the building and complex living spaces linked to external balconies and terraces, some with winter gardens. The Design needed to reflect the potential of the building and inspire with creative nuances, lighting and luxury finishes. I designed seamless grey oak floor coverings across all open spaces with luxury carpets in the bedrooms. Designer kitchens from Hehku and bathrooms from Philp Starck, Hansgrohe and Duravit, creating luxurious bathrooms with a timeless look. 

5 two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments with terraces and winter gardens, and a 1 bedroom apartment. All open plan with luxury fittings, and the option for bespoke furniture packages. They will be a truly stunning addition to the Chiswick Park Village.

A private entrance off the main Highway leads to these distinctive home with unique architectural features and interior design elegance of colour and light. A private terrace or Winter garden shines with light all year round inviting the outside in.
