29 Regency Square

Set within a Grade II* listed Regency townhouse on Brighton’s historic Regency Square, this extensive four-year project saw Elixir Interior Design create the interiors for ten individually designed apartments, alongside the building’s reception and communal areas.

The design celebrates the building’s original Regency architecture while introducing a contemporary layer of colour, texture, bespoke joinery and carefully considered lighting.  Each apartment has its own identity, responding to its proportions, architectural details and outlook, while retaining a cohesive design language throughout.   

The result balances period character with contemporary comfort, creating a distinctive hospitality experience that feels connected to both the history of the building and its Brighton setting.
