During the re-development of the Battersea Power Station, we were asked by the architecture and interior design studio Michaelis Boyd to supply and fit timber flooring for the Power House show apartment. The designers choose an interesting combination of two distinctive floors: the elegant Landmark Dalton in a chevron pattern for the living area and a robust bespoke Engrain block floor for the kitchen. Choosing different floors for specific areas within an open-plan living area is a good way to define those spaces without creating barriers.
