A stylish Notting Hill Pied-à-Terre, w2


For this full turnkey restoration and renovation of a Grade II listed Victorian apartment, the client's brief was clear: restore the home's character, enhance its three-metre high ceilings, allow space for small dinner parties, maximise storage unobtrusively, and make it modern and energy efficient.

The aesthetic: an elegant, serene home with a neutral base and pops of colour for a unique “Notting Hill touch”—under one explicit directive: “no vintage, please.”

This project went on to win the Homes & Gardens “Best Small Space” Award 2025, recognised for its refined small-space interior design approach.
