In February 2022, Expedite Interiors embarked on an exciting journey by securing the esteemed commission to reimagine the common areas of a vibrant student housing block, housing 75 apartments in the heart of Exeter. This project was more than a design challenge; it presented an opportunity to breathe life into shared spaces, turning them into dynamic hubs of creativity, collaboration, and comfort. Our mission was clear: to enhance the overall living experience for the students, infusing these areas with a sense of modernity, functionality, and youthful exuberance.

The procurement process was meticulously orchestrated, with every element, from furniture to artwork, thoughtfully selected to seamlessly align with our vision for modernity, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. Through a rigorous selection process, we procured high-quality, durable materials and furnishings that not only met the project's specific requirements but also upheld our commitment to sustainability.

The culmination of our efforts resulted in the unveiling of Boutique Student Living Exeter in September 2023. This transformative project not only exceeded expectations but also earned our team the prestigious Interior Designer of the Year award at the Exeter Property Awards in 2023. It stands as a testament to our dedication to innovation, excellence, and the creation of spaces that truly make a difference in the lives of those who inhabit them.
