BTD Investment Headquarters is a complete corporate office fit-out delivered by Kapeti Interior Architecture, a design and build practice based in Chelsea, London, led by Servet Yuksel.

The project involved full interior architecture and technical design for a financial sector client — a high-specification corporate environment requiring precise space planning, bespoke joinery and material quality commensurate with the client's standing. Reception, meeting rooms, private offices and shared workspaces were designed as a coherent whole, each area serving a distinct function within a unified interior language.

Bespoke reception counters, joinery and furniture were designed by Kapeti and produced through manufacturing partners in Turkey and Portugal — delivering the quality standard the brief demanded at a pace the project timeline required.

The project was managed under Kapeti's integrated design and build model: one team, one contract, full accountability from first drawing to final handover. No separation between design intent and construction delivery.
