Nicholas Sunderland, Interior designer in London, was approached following a presentation at Grand Designs Live and were asked to architecturally design the interior of a four bedroom house
Completely gutted and rebuilt internally to create a stunningly colourful home, we fully furnished and laid out each room ready for the client to move in. Structural changes allowed us to create a large open plan kitchen diner, luxury double reception and three bedrooms fully fitted with en suites. The fourth bedroom was cleverly turned into an open plan study and play area, easily converted back to a bedroom should it be required. The budget was not high but the careful planning and unique design techniques and choices ensured the client achieved all they desired in the project.
