Efes Premium Restaurant is a complete turnkey restaurant fit-out delivered by Kapeti Interior Architecture, a design and build practice based in Chelsea, London, led by Servet Yuksel, BIID Registered Interior Designer.

The project — located in Wimbledon, London — involved full interior architecture, structural works, commercial kitchen installation, bespoke joinery, MEP systems, planning permissions and FF&E procurement, delivered under one contract from concept design to opening night.

The design concept draws on the ancient city of Ephesus (Efes), weaving Anatolian and Aegean cultural references into every material and spatial decision. Stone, ceramics and marble sourced from Turkey and the Aegean region are combined with metalwork referencing ancient architecture, creating an interior that is simultaneously rooted in history and entirely contemporary.

The project was developed collaboratively between Kapeti Interior Architecture London and Sonraki Mimarlık Istanbul, with Servet Yuksel serving as design director and project manager across both practices.

The upper floor accommodates live Fasıl music events, with a dedicated stage and flexible seating layout. The ground floor features an open kitchen allowing guests to observe the full culinary operation. The result is a space that functions as both a serious restaurant and a cultural destination — one of London's most recognised Turkish restaurant interiors since its opening in November 2023.
