Efes Richmond Plus is a complete turnkey restaurant fit-out delivered by Kapeti Interior Architecture, a design and build practice based in Chelsea, London, led by Servet Yuksel, BIID Registered Interior Designer.

The project presented one of the most demanding spatial challenges Kapeti has undertaken: a 45-metre linear space in Richmond — a building geometry with extreme proportional constraints that required the entire interior to be designed around a structural reality most practices would find restrictive. Rather than working against the space, the design uses the linearity as its defining characteristic.

The project was delivered as a full turnkey commission — from landlord approval drawings and Licence to Alter submissions through to structural works, MEP systems, commercial kitchen installation, bespoke bar and joinery production, FF&E procurement and final certification. Every element was coordinated under one contract, by one team, without separation between design and construction responsibilities.

Bespoke joinery, bar counters and seating were designed by Kapeti and produced through manufacturing partners in Turkey and Portugal, delivering a level of craft and material quality that defines the interior's character. The project reached handover on programme — opening night delivered as planned.
