100% Design 2016
100% Design, the UK's largest design trade show, returns to Olympia London 21-24 September. The show forms the commercial heart of London Design Festival, presenting leading national and international exhibitors with ideas, products and innovations for the domestic, workplace and built environments, alongside a special focus on emerging brands.
Five industry sections return to the show, presenting leading international and domestic brands alongside the most exciting emerging names in contemporary design. As the leading trade show for 100% Design presents an unrivalled business experience for architects, interior designers and other design and construction specialists. Attracting over 26,000 professional visitors with a spending power exceeding £3.4 billion, this year sees the staging of the 22nd edition of London’s iconic design show.
Talks with 100% Design has been curated by the Design Museum as part of their ‘on loan’ campaign: bringing the museum out in to the world and the design community. The talks will feature agenda-setting discussions exploring trends in contemporary practice and the future of design, as well as giving a glimpse of what to expect from the new museum when it opens in Kensington on 24 November 2016. The programme is staged in a specially commissioned auditorium, designed by Miska Miller-Lovegrove. A second talks series focussing on professional development takes place in the Forum.
