BIID Quickfire on Designing for Commercial
The Quickfire Series has been created to enable our members to find out more about key subjects in a timely easy to digest format. This event will focus on designing for commercial.
Desiging for a commercial project can bring its own set of unique challenges, often involving more stakeholders. For some designers whose experience is primarily residential, the move into commercial can be daunting, but it needn't be.
Considering the difference in how areas are used in restaurants, offices or hotels compared to residential homes is key, but it is only the start.
The BIID has invited six suppliers to present for 5 minutes each on how they approach designing for commercial, often large scale projects.
The event will last approximately 45 minutes with an opportunity for Q and A.
