We are pleased to be discussing the interesting and increasingly relevant topic of Light & lighting. Light has three different functions within our buildings:
- Biological -Our circadian body clock is linked to the daylight cycle-
- Functional -The light required to undertake the task at hand.
- Emotional - Our comfort levels within a space
In this session, we’ll explore each of these in turn to gain a fuller understanding of how light affects us
