We renovated this tired and dated 1970s property, a 3-bedroom townhouse overlooking Hampstead Village. Our international client wanted a home-from-home when visiting London, to relax and spend quality time with family and friends.

The entire property was reconfigured and redecorated to meet the client’s needs. This included relocating the boiler from the kitchen to the ground floor, total refurbishment of both bathrooms, and installing a new kitchen and separate utility room.

The scope of this project included new flooring and full decoration throughout, window treatments, sourcing furniture and accessories, and designing and building bespoke joinery.

As the clients were either based in New Zealand or travelling worldwide, we project-managed the entire process from initial concept and design through to completion.
