Council of Directors

The BIID is governed by a Council of Directors, nominated by BIID members and elected at the Annual General Meeting.

Directors are able to serve two two-year terms before standing down and joining our Alumni. The Council is led by the President, who serves a one year term. The Council of Directors develops and oversees both the long and short term strategic direction of the Institute, supported by the Institute's network of committees and staff. Their work is monitored by the BIID Audit Committee.
