We were given the opportunity to carry out a full refurbishment of a delightful two-bedroom apartment situated within a Grade II Listed Building, conveniently located just minutes away from Great Portland Street. Our design concept revolved around seamlessly blending the old-world charm of the property with contemporary elements, incorporating original architraves, skirting, and flooring alongside stylish designer furnishings. This fusion of modern and traditional aesthetics resulted in an enduring elegance, complemented by a warm and inviting atmosphere created through understated tones and a neutral color scheme.

The project encompassed a comprehensive range of services, including a complete interior renovation that involved meticulous space planning, layout design, and the incorporation of bespoke elements. We meticulously specified materials to ensure a cohesive and harmonious look throughout the apartment. Additionally, we took care of all necessary licensing requirements, working closely with property management and local council authorities to ensure compliance and a smooth execution.

Our team also handled technical design aspects and oversaw pre-construction activities, ensuring that every detail was accounted for. Moreover, we provided expertise in the selection and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), resulting in a beautifully transformed kitchen, bathrooms, and living room that strike the perfect balance between formal and relaxed living.
