Located in the heart of Nottingham, Mollis is a bold reimagining of a former Chinese restaurant into a high-end fried chicken destination with a dive bar edge. The existing building was completely stripped back to its shell, allowing us to rework the internal layout and breathe new life into previously closed-off spaces.
The design blends gritty urban textures with refined detailing to reflect Mollis' unique culinary concept—premium food in a casual, unapologetic setting. Industrial finishes, raw materials, neon lighting, and bold graphics create an immersive atmosphere that’s both rebellious and carefully curated.
This transformative fit-out turns the building into a vibrant social hub, capturing the energy and attitude of Nottingham’s independent food scene.
