Princess Park Manor

Princess Park Manor is a listed period building set within 30 acres of private parkland. The development has been thoughtfully and imaginatively restored, blending the elegance and exquisite proportions of its heritage with the comfort and convenience expected in modern living.

Our client — a young professional — wanted a space that felt relaxed, inviting, and ideal for unwinding on weekends. The brief was to create a cool, sophisticated bachelor pad with a dark, atmospheric aesthetic. The design prioritised entertaining, while also incorporating a compact, functional area for remote work.

We embraced the tension between old and new, masculine and feminine. York stone flooring, original exposed brick, and slate finishes contrast beautifully with polished Taj Mahal marble worktops, antiqued bronze mirrors, and striking copper details — a combination that feels contemporary yet warm.
