Private 6,100sq ft 8 bedroom residential project, Wimbledon, London

The client brief was to modernise the interiors of this beautiful Edwardian property. A family of four wanted to create a space that was layered, homely and considered. The eight bedroom property has to accomodate for the extended family and therefore a lift was installed along with an extension to secure the 8th bedroom. The interior schemes stem from a timeless monochramtic palette in the entrance and hallway, which allows for accent colours to occur in each room. A clever play of vairous timbers feature in a lot of the bespoke joinery and tactile materials, such raffia wallcovering, add depth to certain rooms. We have created a modern interior with a touch of the 'old world'.
