Trent Bridge Care Home

Set within such a distinctive Nottingham location, with views towards Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, the football stadium, the river, the Castle and the surrounding cityscape, the home offered a unique opportunity to create an environment rooted in place. The design needed to feel connected to its surroundings, but also joyful, playful and deeply homely.

The design approach at Trent Bridge Care Home was never about simply reflecting the view outside the window. It was about understanding the emotional connection people have with the place around them, and using interior design to bring those familiar landmarks, memories and local stories into everyday life.
