Calm, Functional Elegance in a Two-Bedroom Refurbishment
This two-bedroom ex-rental property was completely reimagined to deliver a home that feels calm, restful, and refined — yet works hard in every detail of its layout.
Our design approach centred on functionality without compromise. Every inch of the property was carefully considered to maximise use and flow, from custom joinery to clever storage solutions. A standout feature is the bespoke banquette seating in the living area, which integrates discreet drawers to combine comfort with practical space-saving.
The material palette was chosen to enhance light and airiness throughout: custom limed flooring, subtle colour choices, and high-performance textiles that balance elegance with durability. In the kitchen, tailored cabinetry optimises workflow while creating ample storage, while in the bathrooms, bespoke cabinetry improves both lighting and functionality.
The result is a home that blends sophistication with ease of living — a serene environment that proves low-maintenance design can still deliver high-end impact.
