Zorlu Private Residence — Terraced Flat, Istanbul Content: Full Interior Design + Bespoke Manufacturing + Contracting

Zorlu Private Residence is a complete residential interior design, bespoke manufacturing and contracting project delivered by Kapeti Interior Architecture, a design and build practice based in Chelsea, London.

The 2.5+1 flat — located within the prestigious Zorlu development — was redesigned from concept through to completed installation. The commission covered the full scope of residential interior delivery: space planning, material specification, bespoke joinery design, custom furniture production and full fit-out.

Every piece of furniture and joinery was designed by Kapeti and produced through trusted manufacturing partners — combining design precision with production quality that the standard supply chain cannot match at comparable value. The interior reflects a considered approach to proportion, material and detail: a home that works as well as it looks.

This project demonstrates Kapeti's capability in high-specification home renovation and residential design and build — applying the same integrated model to private residences that it delivers across commercial and hospitality projects.
