BIID CHRISTMAS PARTY 2014
The British Institute of Interior Design (BIID) has announced its annual Christmas Party will take place this year on Thursday 11th December 2014, at the YOO Home concession in iconic London store, Harrods. Commencing after store closing hours, the party will be an opportunity for all of the Institute’s members to truly get into the festive spirit from 9pm til late.
Sponsor of this year’s Christmas party, YOO Home launched a concession space complete with an expertly curated furniture range and full-scale interior design service at Harrods in summer 2014. At the heart of the space is the ‘YOO styler,’ a table-top touchscreen displaying 2D virtual floorplans of users’ homes, which are then showcased as 3D Renders on a 5ft 4K screen. The enviable location, situated on the third floor of Harrods’ furniture department, will provide the perfect setting in which to celebrate.
“We are looking forward to hosting our Christmas party at the YOO Home concession in Harrods,” says Joy Curniffe, Membership Manager at the BIID. “It’s a wonderful opportunity for all of our members to toast the festive season.”
“We are delighted to be partnering with the BIID to host a very special Christmas Party this year,” says John Hitchcox, Chairman and Co-Founder of YOO. “It’s sure to be an unforgettable evening!”
BIID Members will be receiving their invitations the week of 26/11/2014. This is a members-only event.
