Please tell us about Arte

Arte is a third generation family business born out of a vision for creating beautiful and innovative interiors. As designer, manufacturer and distributor of high-end wallcoverings, we strive to translate our passion for aesthetics, craftsmanship and quality into all our work, throughout even the smallest details.

The collections are more than just wallpaper, instead our aim is to create exceptional, ground-breaking and truly original wall finishes. Our dedicated team is comprised of pioneering designers, makers, printers and craftspeople, who all enjoy working across a palette of diverse materials and unique techniques.

Each collection explores the boundaries of its craft ensuring the designs continue to delight and enthral, and remain beloved by interior design professionals and design enthusiasts alike. From the origins within the design studio to the warehouse and many stages of production, through to the dedicated customer service and the office team, every moment of the Arte journey is important and possesses the same commitment to delivering the very best level of service, design, quality and innovation.

Adding a wallcovering is one of the simplest ways to refresh and add interest to a space, yet, it can be one of the most impactful. With materiality and texture at the heart of Arte, many of our wallpaper designs push boundaries of what is known as ‘traditional wallpaper’ and incorporate innovative techniques and finishes - the possibilities in both texture and design are endless.

What are the services you offer

Each year we create revolutionary wallcovering collections, which rather than simply being printed as new designs on wallpaper, are surface constructions, created from a vast selection of materials, which are sourced from around the world. Materiality and use of texture are something that have always been at the heart of our work, with designs from across our collections incorporating a variety of techniques and finishes including raffia, sisal, silk, velvet, metal foil, vinyl, heat embossed 3d fabrics, printed textiles and more. Working across innovative techniques is always fascinating as well as challenging. We are always looking to push the boundaries of our craft, working with our teams to deliver something beautiful, unique and intriguing for our customers across residential applications as well as commercial and hospitality spaces.

Arte is a preferred partner of exclusive hotel chains, renowned architectural firms and interior designers worldwide. The brands extensive experience with tackling large scale, complex projects as well as smaller scale endeavours ensures that interior designers are supported throughout the process. From the very initial design selection of choosing the materiality and finish, colour and pattern, the Arte team offer solution driven advice and support. With fast and efficient delivery and reliable customer service the team ensure interior designers can work to their timeframe in addition to providing timeless and innovative design for their clients.

Our showrooms around the world in Paris, The Netherlands, Los Angeles and at the Design Centre Chelsea Harbour in London showcase our collections, with each space designed with elegance and functionality in mind. The showrooms have a unique and modern feel, a place where interior designers can come for inspiration and truly soak up the vast breadth of the collections. With designs shown in full scale so that the repeat, colour and texture can be easily seen and understood, the concept of our showrooms is similar to how galleries display artworks, so that designers and homeowners can equally be inspired by the full range of designs.
