Biid partners with nla for the don't move, improve! awards

Published on

The Don’t Move, Improve! awards were launched in 2009 to recognise the most innovative home extensions, the finest interior design and the best small offices across London. The competition is open to members of the public, interior designers and architectural practices, who have completed a refurbishment project in London within the last three years.

“The aim of the awards is to inspire Londoners and help them appreciate the value of highquality architecture and interior design,” explains Debra McQuin, Marketing Director at the BIID. “Once again, we are delighted to support NLA on this initiative and we’re looking forward to reviewing the schemes as part of the Awards judging panel.”

The closing date for entries will be the 9th October 2013. A renowned judging panel, comprised of senior industry figures, will be responsible for selecting the shortlisted and winning schemes which will be exhibited at the NLA galleries, the Building Centre, from December 4th 2013 until January 31st 2014. The winners will be announced at the award ceremony on the evening of Tuesday 3rd December, which has previously attracted 250 built environment professionals.
