BIID Past President Jenny Gibbs has been awarded an OBE in New Year’s Honours 2020

BIID Past President Jenny Gibbs has been awarded an OBE in the 2020 New Year’s Honours list for services to Higher Education and the Interior Design Industry. Jenny was the President of the BIID from 2010 to 2011 and served on the Council of Directors from 2007 to 2012. During her time on Council she worked on the organisation’s successful application for Institute status and the launch of the BIID Professional Pathway, the UK’s first structured and supported route from graduate to practising interior design professional. Jenny is the founder and principal of the KLC School of Design, has authored several books and more recently founded the Design Changes Lives Foundation.
