Expressions of interest - BIID Members trip to Maison&Objet, January 2019
The British Institute of Interior Design (BIID) are very excited to announce an exclusive BIID members trip to the January edition of world-renowned interior design fair Maison&Objet in Paris, France. Maison&Objet has established itself as one of the go-to events in the calendar for designers and specifiers.
Why should you attend
BIID members are invited to join President Gilly Craft on this small group tour to experience a streamlined visit to the fair without the hassle of organising an itinerary. This tour will be a great chance for designers that have not attended before to tackle the vast offer with guidance and for members that may have not been in years to reacquaint themselves. We also invite those that are seasoned visitors who would like to attend in a group format to connect with peers and enjoy the fair with friends.
What to expect
The trip will depart from London Kings Cross St Pancras to the French capitol on Friday after work, followed on the Saturday with a full day at the fair kicked off with a welcome breakfast from the organisers as a thank you for your attendance guests will be gifted with the catalogue from the fair and a goodie bag. The evening train will whisk us back to London on Saturday night, brimming with exciting new ideas for the year ahead.
Suggested itinerary:
Friday 18th January
Depart London for Paris on an evening Eurostar train
Saturday 19th January
Welcome breakfast hosted by the Maison&Objet organisers
Full day exploring the halls
Presentation of catalogue and goodie bag
Depart Paris for London on an afternoon Eurostar
The package cost will include:
- Eurostar travel to and from Paris Gare du Nord
- Hotel for 1 night
- Return ticket to Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre
Maison&Objet will provide:
- Free entry to the show
- Welcome breakfast
- Fair Catalogue
- Goodie bag
