The Procurement Act 2023 simplifies the existing procurement regime by effectively amalgamating four previous, EU-based regulations: the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016, the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016, and the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011.
It contains a variety of rules which apply to both suppliers and government bodies when entering into and performing public contracts. Learn how it applies to you.
